- The site is masquerading as a City of Los Angeles entity. Yet the domain is owned and the servers managed by ACS State and Local Services. There are quite specific laws regarding the use of the city's seal, among other things that preclude private entities using it.
- The $2 "processing fee" attached to phone and web payments is of unknown provenance. This fee most likely dramatically improving ACS's profit on the project. Anyone with retailer processing experience knows the fees paid to the payment backend (e.x. Visa/Mastercard) is in the pennies.

ReplyDeleteyes, I have a story to tell , and everyone one should listen, officer Lee, a parking inforcment officer,Has repeatily abused her outhority by not following protocal and being dishonest , by lieing repeatily, without any regaurd to the law or having to answer to any superviser or ? , i have followed the chain of command and to no avail, she continues , let me start by TELLING ANYONE WHO WILL LISTIN THAT I HAVE RECORDED VEDIO, THAT SHOW HE NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTING TO EXIT HER VEHICLE! AND THEN AFTER RESERCHING AND INVESTEGATING SEVERALL OF MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS, THE TIME AND DATE THESE TICKETS ARE ALL THE SAME, YET , THE NUMERICAL SEQEUNCE, JUMP 200 TO 300 AT A TIME , WOW, HOW COME HER SUPERVISER FAILS TO ADREESS THIS OFFICER, AND HOW MANY OTHER LIKE OFFICER LEE ARE THEIR? WHAT THE F.... IS THIS CITY COMING TOO, I HAVE SPENT THE BETTER PART OF MY LIFE AS A SOLDIER DEFFENDING WHAT I HAVE BELIEVED, THIS IS NOT WHAT I FOUGHT FOR, AND A LOT OF GOOD MEN DIED SO THAT WE CAN PROSPER AND BE PROUD OF IT,,, I HAVE SEARCHED AND FAILED TO FINDE ANYONE OR ANYKINDE OF SUSPENSE DATE, OR INVESTIGATING AUTHORITY,,,, W,T,F, BY THE WAY, OFFICER LEE COMMITTED THESE VIOLATIONS IN WESTCHESTER, ADDJ, TO LAX......LOOOK OUT FOR OFFICER LEE......
