I found your site. It's very sad to me that you got no audience here and just gave up out of discouragement.. the rape of Los Angeles citizens continues. This is now Aug of 2011 and suddenly we can't park in the lower portion of our driveways without getting a $68 fine.
ReplyDeleteThey started ticketing this out of the blue and gave the public no warning. They must have raked in millions on the first day along.
I'm just sick when I peek behind the curtain and see how truly corrupt things are..
